  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,    Mechanical (Preferred) or Civil, or relevant experience.
  • 8+ Years of relevant experience as a MFG leader / Plant manager.
  • Plant startup experience (Highly Desired but not required).
  • A focus around team development / establishing a strong culture within the plant.

  • Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and enclosure/panel fabrication drawings.
  • Experience wiring electrical panels, instrumentation and devices and point-to-point testing.

  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels.

  • Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
  • Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
  • Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.
  • Performing additional duties as needed.
