At the heart of IWW LLC is a dedicated team of engineers that work closely with each client to identify their wastewater treatment requirements and then design a solution that addresses their needs. We offer our clients a turnkey solution by performing all the design, manufacturing, installation, and ongoing maintenance and repair work. Illustrated above and described below is our comprehensive process for addressing our clients’ wastewater treatment requirements.
Learning Your Business – We will have an in-depth discussion about your production process and wastewater disposal requirements. During this discussion we will obtain the volume (gallons per day) of wastewater that needs to be treated and the contaminants that must be addressed.
Site Visit and Feasibility Analysis – We perform a site visit that examines the physical infrastructure, topography, road access, and the industrial process. This will be used to inform our engineering and design process for the wastewater treatment equipment. We will also determine if permits will be required.
Water Testing and Treatment – Comprehensive third-party water testing is performed to identify the elements of the water that need to be removed. With the wastewater treatment requirements identified, we will run the wastewater through our test equipment to inform the design and engineering process for the wastewater treatment equipment.
Wastewater Treatment Equipment Design – Based on the data from the test equipment and the volume of wastewater requiring treatment, our engineering team will design the wastewater treatment equipment. We utilize the latest engineering and CAD technology in this process. Before moving forward with equipment assembly, the client approves the wastewater treatment equipment’s designed performance requirements (gallons per day of treated wastewater and treatment metrics for the wastewater).
Equipment Assembly – The wastewater treatment equipment is assembled at our 28,000 square foot facility in Claxton, Georgia. All our wastewater treatment equipment is designed, engineered, and manufactured to meet the site-specific treatment requirements for each client.
Testing and Installation – Prior to delivery, our wastewater treatment equipment goes through rigorous texting protocols and factory certification. Once the wastewater treatment equipment has been installed, a commissioning process will be performed in which contract specified performance metrics are met.
Ongoing Monitoring and Maintenance - The wastewater treatment equipment will be continuously remotely monitored to ensure the equipment is performing to contract specifications. Monthly reporting is provided to our clients. We also perform all the ongoing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
